We are now settling into our new home, and wish to thank Stockwood for the excellent job you have done.  This was the seventh building project we have undertaken in the last 25 years, and it was the best, least stressful and smoothest.  We appreciated the professionalism of your company, and our project manager, Gino did an excellent job.  He is a very organising, thoughtful, approachable person, who gave us confidence that the project would be completed uneventfully.  We were impress with how well the stages of the building were were co-ordinated, the tidy neat workmanship, the clean site, and the excellent finishes.  Gino was understanding, helpful and co-operative when we requested modifications to the original plans. 

It was refreshing that one the occasions when I visited the site personally to review progress, I was well received by the tradesmen working on the job.  All were pleasant and polite to talk to, and helpful when I had queries.

Stockwood presented the payment claims in an orderly manner, well documented, and easy for me to understand the status of the project, which assisted me with my financing of the project.  Our home was completed on schedule, in fact ahead of time, with no apparent hitches, and we are very pleased with the finish.

If we should undertake any future building projects, I would hope to choose Stockwood as builders again, and I have no hesitation recommending Stockwood to others.

Overall experience with SBG was excellent. Sam was great to deal with during quoting stage.  Impressed that Sam, Renato and Gino all came in on a Sunday morning to meet me prior to awarding contract.  Milena is a super star, so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.  Renato runs site very well, clean, tidy, well coordinated.  Great workmanship and attention to details.  I was slightly disappointed with variation claims for additional soil removal and ceiling suspension and felt these should have been better understood / addressed at quotation stage, however did not significantly diminish the overall very positive experience of dealing with SBG.

I would definitely engage SBG in the future and recommend to others.
