Overall experience with SBG was excellent. Sam was great to deal with during quoting stage. Impressed that Sam, Renato and Gino all came in on a Sunday morning to meet me prior to awarding contract. Milena is a super star, so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Renato runs site very well, clean, tidy, well coordinated. Great workmanship and attention to details. I was slightly disappointed with variation claims for additional soil removal and ceiling suspension and felt these should have been better understood / addressed at quotation stage, however did not significantly diminish the overall very positive experience of dealing with SBG.
I would definitely engage SBG in the future and recommend to others.
