SAM BROCCIO Director / Office Manager / Project operations

I’ve been involved in the building industry for over 20 years. During this time I have also worked in the earthworks, excavation, concreting and bricklaying sector of this trade. My skills in this industry stretch across many areas. I am a member of the Housing Industry Association and a Registered Builder since 1992. We are a trusted family business involved in the successful completion of in excess of 200 projects over the past 15 years. My passion is bringing to life people’s building dreams. My philosophy is simple – to bring a high standard of quality to our customers’ building needs allowing them to enjoy the experience from start to finish. I guarantee that our professional commitment will allow our customers to have total peace of mind.

RENATO BROCCIO Director / Construction manager

My journey in the building industry began at Homesglen Institute. My qualifications include Carpentry and OH&S Officer and l also have a certified domestic and commercial building license. I have over 15 years of experience both in carpentry and construction management. My main objective is to provide the highest level of quality in the form of new residential buildings, renovations, extensions as well as commercial buildings. I have a passion for the construction industry and dedicate myself in providing excellent service to all our clientele. I liaise with clients and project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within the forecasted budget and with the highest level of craftsmanship.

GINO BROCCIO Director / Construction manager

My professional journey commenced at the Box Hill Institute of Technology where I trained as a quality cabinet maker. As a cabinet maker, I learnt the finer craft of woodwork and the importance of detail. After comprehensive training in this area, I decided to broaden my horizons and work as a carpenter. It was during my professional development in the carpentry industry that my experience of larger scale construction expanded to include frame, lock-up and fix. As my knowledge expanded so to did my passion for creating homes with a difference. I am currently a construction manager who has essential safety training to ensure work safe practices are adhered to at all times within our company. With my knowledge and experience, my objective is to always achieve a high quality and a standard that is second to none. My diverse training has given me an eye for detail and the fundamental knowledge of construction. I pride myself and my ability to ensure that each project is completed properly without shortcuts and on time. I endeavour to create quality homes and developments making peoples dreams a reality.
